Qualifications

• IL RN license but not specified years of experience.
• BLS certification required (within 30 days).
• College Diploma in Nursing required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance proof are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direct and indirect patient care per plan of care.
• Perform complex wound care, PICC line/port care, and IV infusions as needed.
• Complete OASIS assessments and admission documentation within policy timelines.
• Communicate with care team, MDs, insurers, and families to coordinate services.
