You will work within an interdisciplinary team to educate patients and families, manage complex wound care, PICC lines, and IV therapies, and ensure timely documentation and care transitions.

Qualifications

• Active IL Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• College diploma in Nursing required, 1 year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direct and indirect patient care per the plan of care.
• Perform complex wound care, catheter and IV care, and central line monitoring as needed.
• Complete OASIS/485 changes within required timelines and document accurately.
