Towne Park is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at the hotel, casino, or related facilities. You will assist with inquiries, directions, and basic information about the venue and local area.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, clear communication in English, and the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly in a busy environment. Schedule is Sat & Sun 10a-3p, PRN on weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, speak and write standard English.
• Strong phone etiquette and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm in busy environments.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answer phones promptly with proper salutation.
• Assist visitors with directions and information.
• Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms and area attractions.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents as required.
