Job summary

The Greeter at Towne Park LLC warmly welcomes guests to the hotel or venue, assisting with inquiries, directions, and facility services. You will respond to questions, manage information desks, and ensure a courteous, professional atmosphere.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Primary duties include handling calls, guiding visitors, and upholding confidentiality while adhering to safety policies and disaster codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely per standards.
• Assist visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Maintain patient and business confidentiality at all times.
• Follow disaster codes and safety procedures as required.
