Job summary

The Greeter at Towne Park welcomes guests in a friendly, efficient manner and assists with inquiries, directions, and facility information across hotels, hospitals, or gaming venues.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass a background and drug screen, and 1–3 months related experience. The hourly base pay is $16 with open availability and eligibility for select benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 and pass a background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone and surveillance system.
• Skills: Read, speak and write standard English; basic computer skills; prioritize tasks; stay calm.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette.
• Assist visitors with directions and inquiries.
• Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities.
