Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at hotels, hospitals or casinos and assist with inquiries and directions. You will provide courteous service, relay information about facilities and local attractions, and maintain guest confidentiality.

The role involves staying aware of safety procedures and supporting guests throughout their visit. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, alarms, radios, disaster phone, surveillance systems.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic computer skills and typing; good time-management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely using proper salutations.
• Assist visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Provide guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and local amenities.
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver messages or items as requested.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents to the supervisor.
