Responsibilities include answering calls, guiding visitors to outlets and amenities, and maintaining confidentiality while delivering messages and items as requested. Strong English skills and basic computer use are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Assists guests with inquiries, directions and facility information.
• Answers phone calls promptly and politely per Towne Park standards.
• Provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and area amenities.
• Maintains guest confidentiality and handles messages and deliveries.
