Job summary

The Towne Park LLC Greeter role focuses on warmly welcoming guests at hotels, hospitals or casinos and guiding them to information or services. You will handle guest inquiries, directions and initial questions while maintaining a courteous, efficient presence.

Responsibilities include answering calls, providing area details, delivering messages, and upholding confidentiality. This position requires strong communication skills and adherence to safety and disaster procedures as trained.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone and surveillance systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background and drug screen.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely per Towne Park standards.
• Assist visitors with directions, inquiries and information.
• Provide information about outlets, rooms and area amenities; protect confidentiality.
• Deliver messages and items as requested and report accidents or incidents.
• Follow procedures for disaster codes and operate safety equipment as trained.
