Job summary

Towne Park in Louisville, KY is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at the hotel, hospital or casino, delivering efficient, courteous service and answering initial questions about the facility or services. • 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a friendly, professional manner and provides courteous service.
• Answers the telephone promptly with proper salutation and tone.
• Assists visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Provides information about facility outlets, meeting rooms and local attractions.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and business information and delivers messages as requested.
• Follows safety procedures and client SOPs, including disaster codes when needed.
