Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver exceptional hospitality while accurately handling revenue and guest interactions at our location. You will greet guests, process payments, and share information about facilities and local attractions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and strong English communication. Shifts include Monday to Friday with on-call opportunities; prior cash handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic arithmetic and ability to handle money accurately.
Ability to read and write standard English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
Acknowledge and greet guests, using appropriate salutations where applicable.
Assist guests with directions and inquiries about facilities and local attractions.
Determine guest charges and process payments via cash, credit, or direct billing; issue receipts.
Complete shift reports and follow procedures related to cash handling and reconciliation.
Follow instructions from Lead Cashier/Account Manager and complete tasks on time.
