Job summary

Towne Park seeks a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at hotels, hospitals or casinos and assist with inquiries and directions. You will help create a positive first impression and support guest services with courteous, efficient communication.

The role requires strong English communication, a High School diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Open availability; seasonal roles may not include benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system
• Ability to read, speak and write standard English language
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely per Towne Park standards.
• Assist visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Provide guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities; maintain confidentiality.
• Report accidents and incidents to supervisor.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures as required.
