Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at our hotel, hospital or casino locations. You will assist with guest inquiries, directions, and initial questions about facilities or services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, background check, and 1–3 months related experience. You will handle phones, provide information on outlets and meeting rooms, and maintain confidentiality while delivering messages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 and pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of telephones, codes and alarms, and two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely.
• Assist visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Provide information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Deliver messages and assist with requested items while maintaining confidentiality.
• Follow safety procedures and disaster codes as required.
