Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them while ensuring an exceptional stay.
• Handle check-in/check-out and close guest accounts.
• Verify credit cards, process payments and balance cash.
• Answer phones clearly in English and relay messages.
• Maintain a neat front desk area and assist other staff.
• Resolve guest issues following established guidelines.
