Vivmark Residential in Seattle is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk team and elevate the resident experience with exceptional service, organization, and attention to detail. This part-time role covers Thursday–Saturday, 7am–8pm, with duties spanning guest welcome, package handling, coordinating with leasing and maintenance, and delivering personalized recommendations to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in front desk or hospitality settings preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with poise and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and manage the front desk with professionalism.
• Monitor foot traffic and provide information, directions, and assistance.
• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance to fulfill move-in/move-out needs.
• Process packages and coordinate with residents to ensure a smooth experience.
• Deliver personalized recommendations to enhance resident satisfaction.
