Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead front desk operations and set new standards for resident experiences. You’ll be the face of Vivmark, greeting residents and guests, managing foot traffic, and delivering service that makes living feel luxurious.

This full-time role partners with the leasing and maintenance teams to coordinate move-ins and move-outs, handle inquiries, and uphold our customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in hotel, retail, or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to move around the property and handle packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and provide excellent resident service.
• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to coordinate move-ins/outs.
