Vivmark Residential is seeking a Part-time Community Concierge in Arlington, Virginia, to lead front desk operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and coordinate with leasing and maintenance to create a premium resident experience.

This role focuses on hospitality-driven service, organization, and communication, with Saturdays and Sundays shifts from 3pm to 11pm. Ideal candidates have strong customer service backgrounds and basic software proficiency.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.
