Job summary

Royale Company is seeking a front desk concierge for a luxury residential building in Arlington, VA. This full-time role follows a fixed schedule: Friday 11pm–7am, plus Sat, Sun, Mon and Wed 3pm–11pm.

You will welcome residents, manage access, log packages, and coordinate vendor entries. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, reliability, a professional appearance, weekend availability, and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required by building client.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift.
• Background check required (at our cost).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable.
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management.
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided).
