Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a part-time Community Concierge to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional resident service in Arlington, VA. The role requires Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 11pm, with responsibilities spanning guest reception, information provision, and coordination with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth move-in and ongoing resident experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in hospitality or related fields, strong communication, and excellent time

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the face of Vivmark Residential.
• Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service.
• Implement programs to address resident satisfaction and maintain service standards.
• Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to create a positive move-in, move-out and resident experience.
