Vivmark Residential is seeking a part‑time Community Concierge to lead the front desk and elevate resident experiences at our Vienna, VA property. You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage front desk operations, and collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to create a welcoming, premium living environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year experience in hotel/retail/restaurant, and proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests at the front desk and provide warm, attentive service.
