FirstService Residential is seeking a Weekend Front Desk / Concierge (Resident Relations Specialist) to support the GM and Resident Relations Supervisor. You will deliver five-star service, manage calls, logs, access control, and emergency responses to ensure a high standard of resident satisfaction.

Hours are Saturdays and Sundays, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. This full-time role emphasizes professional presentation, teamwork, and responsive problem-solving in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Second language helpful (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese, Farsi, Persian).
• Strong general math skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents' needs, answers questions and gives direction.
• Answers the telephone within two rings with proper etiquette.
• Takes, records and relays messages accurately and completely.
• Documents pertinent information in resident logbooks throughout shift.
• Manages package distribution and logs receipts/signatures in Connect.
• Monitors access points and reports suspicious activity to ensure safety.
• Aids residents with requests within 24 hours and follows up for completion.
• Attends meetings as required by GM or Board of Directors.
• Administers the access control program and updates tracking software.
