Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead front desk operations and deliver premium resident experiences. The role focuses on welcoming residents and prospects, coordinating with leasing and maintenance teams, and maintaining a high standard of customer service on weekends.

The position is part-time (16 hours weekly) with Saturday and Sunday shifts, requiring strong communication, organization, and time management skills in a hospitality-like setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and monitor foot traffic.
• Provide top-notch customer service and address resident satisfaction.
• Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth move-in/out and resident experience.
• Maintain organization of messages, packages, and requests; escalate as needed.
