FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk / Concierge (Resident Relations Specialist) for weekends in Santa Ana, CA. You will support the GM and Resident Relations Supervisor by delivering five-star, responsive service to residents and guests, acting as the primary on-site interface for concierge and social functions.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Second language helpful (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese, Farsi, Persian)
• Strong general math skills

Aufgaben

• Identifies and clarifies residents' expressed and unexpressed needs, answers questions and gives direction in a professional manner.
• Answers the telephone within two rings, uses correct salutations and etiquette.
• Takes, records and relays messages accurately and legibly.
• Documents all pertinent information in resident logs throughout shift.
• Responsible for package distribution and logging in Connect on receipt and pickup.
• Monitors property access points and reports suspicious activity to ensure resident safety.
• Adheres to service expectations, company standards and policies.
• Accommodates resident requests within 24 hours of initial contact.
• Follows up with task owner and resident to ensure completion.
• Attends meetings or functions as required by GM or Board of Directors.
• Maintains emergency contact and access-control procedures and vendor communications.
• Generates confirmation letters and processes required coordination.
