Job summary

FirstService Residential is hiring a Concierge to greet residents, manage guest screening and service provider access, and monitor security systems. The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy residential setting.

You will handle daily logs, respond to emergencies, and support incident resolution while following safety procedures. This is a full-time position with Sunday hours noted in the description.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: basic information system hardware/software knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records and forms.
• Resolves and follows up on complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
