Responsibilities

• Identify and clarify residents’ needs and answer questions professionally.
• Answer the telephone and take accurate messages.
• Monitor property access points and report suspicious activity.
• Attend designated meetings as required by the GM.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional at all times.

Skills

Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Second language helpful (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese, Farsi, Persian)

Strong general math skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalency required

College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
