Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Part-Time Concierge Associate in Philadelphia to greet residents, assist guests and service providers, and support building operations. You will monitor access control systems, maintain logs, and perform light administrative tasks in Word and Excel.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexibility to work extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work extended hours & weekends.

Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service.
Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out.
Understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security systems; maintains logs and forms.
Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical work.
Walks the building premises for monitoring purposes.
Monitors and controls access to the building.
Resolves and follows up on all complaints; escalates to supervisor when needed.
Provides general concierge services and administrative clerical work as needed.
Helps maintain a safe and secure environment in the building/property.
Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring.
Completes required forms.
