Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet residents, guests and service providers.
• Monitor and control access to the building and maintain daily logs and forms.
• Perform general administrative clerical tasks using Word and Excel.
• Walk the building premises for monitoring and security purposes.
• Resolve complaints and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Work extended/flexible hours, including weekends and board meetings.
