Qualifications

• Must be proficient in computer navigation and multitasking.

• Willing to travel to all clinics as staffing changes.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments using current Practice Management system.
• In clinic, verify demographics and check patients in/out using the Practice Management system.
• Troubleshoot issues with appointments or general account questions.
• Maintain understanding of policies and procedures involving scheduling appointments.
