Job summary

Allegro Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for families, handling phone inquiries, scheduling, and in-clinic check-ins/outs using the Practice Management system. You will help resolve appointment-related questions and support front and back office operations.

This full-time role requires coverage across Eastside clinics, with four 10-hour shifts per week and adherence to all clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience using a Practice Management system or similar scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments using current Practice Management system.
• Verify demographics and check patients in/out in clinic.
• Verify and scan patient insurance and HIPAA forms; collect co-pays.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures.
