Allegro Pediatrics seeks a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families. You will provide excellent customer service, schedule appointments, verify demographics, and manage check-ins/outs in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The role requires 4/10 shifts, travel to Eastside clinics as needed, a high school diploma, and strict adherence to HIPAA and clinic policies. Vaccination and safety protocols are enforced.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service with positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel to multiple clinics.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and schedule appointments using the Practice Management system.
• Verify demographics and check patients in/out in clinic.
• Collect co-pays and post on accounts.
• Process medical record releases and scan documents.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Support front and back office initiatives.
