Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a seasoned client service supervisor to lead a team of client service specialists in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will direct workflow, monitor workloads, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries while maintaining high service standards and accuracy.

The role requires strong freight forwarding knowledge, training abilities, and a proactive approach to problem solving, listening, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have strong client service orientation and ability to resolve issues with tact and accuracy.
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations preferred.
• Ability to train staff and mentor junior team members while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of a team of client service specialists.
• Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures.
• Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues.
• Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
