Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure a smooth Alterations department operation and deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR greets customers, schedules appointments, answers phones, presses garments, and prepares items for pickup.

You will report to the Store Manager, work with alterations staff, maintain store standards, and promote alterations services.

Qualifications

• Welcomes and services customers with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Uses the POS system to manage checkout and transactions.
• Assists with alterations and sewing tasks as needed.
• Maintains customer flow and resolves issues with leadership support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage appointments and coordinate alterations with staff.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Ensure clean, organized alterations area and high dress-code standards.
• Assist with pickups and inventory-related tasks as needed.
