David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining store standards and a positive, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and adapt communication to resolve needs.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service using all systems.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Escort alterations customers to appointments and ensure timely pickups.
