Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver a five-star customer experience. You will welcome customers, book appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes friendly communication, problem solving, and teamwork, with minimal weekday hours and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, online chats, or in person with enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Schedule appointments and assist with alterations processes.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments for delivery readiness.
• Assist with checkout and process transactions accurately.
