Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems. Part-time schedule includes weekends with benefits and team bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat and in person with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and schedule appointments.
• Handle multiple customers and address issues with leadership support.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure items are ready for pickup.
