David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the alterations department and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The CSR welcomes customers, assists with appointments, and coordinates alterations with the store team to ensure on-time pickup and satisfied guests.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving, with opportunities for team bonuses and early pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
• Prior sewing experience is helpful
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs; be there for all customers
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate with leadership when needed
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization
• Maintain store standards and dress code; assist in appointments and pickups
• Assist with inventory, cash wrap and transactions with accuracy
