Job summary

David’s Bridal is looking for an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR welcomes and serves customers, books appointments, answers phones, and prepares garments for pickup under the Store Manager.

This part-time role emphasizes friendly, problem-solving communication, managing multiple customers at once, and promoting alterations services while maintaining store standards and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail experience is helpful for customer service.
• Some sewing experience is beneficial for alterations.
• Familiarity with POS systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm, over the phone, via chat and in person.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service and resolve issues.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure accurate transactions.
• Escort customers to alterations and support appointment flow.
