David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR welcomes customers, schedules appointments, answers phones, presses garments, and ensures items are ready for pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, adapting style to suit customers by problem solving and resolving conflict.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Meet all service vows including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers, including operational checklists.
• Promote all alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory management and cash wrap duties.
