Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and performs duties such as welcoming customers, handling appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers, phones, chats and in person with enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Prepare, welcome, meet needs and be there for customers; complete operational tasks.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and checkout processes.
