Job summary

RethinkFirst is hiring a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role will manage CMS, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and SEO readiness, partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on CMS experience, strong HTML/CSS skills, and a background in web analytics and technical SEO.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS (WordPress/Webflow/HubSpot/Contentful).
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; able to diagnose front-end/template issues.
Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and release QA.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, pages, templates, components, permissions, and publishing workflows.
Lead intake/prioritization for website requests across lines, translating needs into release schedules.
Oversee website QA, release readiness, content accuracy, accessibility, tracking, and post-launch checks.
Monitor site health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for dev partners.
Implement site tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share recommendations.
