Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end diagnosis.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and page performance.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Search Console).
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines and convert approved needs into plans.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website quality assurance and release readiness, including accessibility and tracking.
• Monitor and improve website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement website-side campaign tracking and consent management with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and share recommendations.
