Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role will manage the CMS, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and search readiness.

You will partner with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, and Marketing Operations to translate requirements into reliable experiences without duplicating paid-media or attribution ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• HTML and CSS knowledge to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and site performance.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as GA4 / Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to document processes in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration across pages, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Prioritize website requests and translate needs into release schedules.
• Build pages using components and coordinate with designers/developers.
• Lead QA and release readiness, ensuring accessibility and tracking.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, and metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking and consent management with marketing teams.
• Create governance and reusable processes for faster ownership and approvals.
• Use analytics tools to identify issues and share recommendations.
