Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the CMS, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Experience with a modern CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful).
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; diagnose frontend issues.
• Experience with GA4/Google Search Console or similar analytics.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS admin: pages, templates, components, permissions, workflows.
• Manage intake process for website requests across business lines.
• Build pages and landing pages with established components; coordinate with design and development teams.
• Lead QA, accessibility, and release readiness checks.
• Monitor website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, SEO basics.
• Maintain forms, integrations, and document technical requirements.
• Implement tracking and consent management for campaigns.
• Create governance and reusable processes for ownership and approvals.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and share recommendations.
