Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Proficiency with analytics tools like GA4 or Search Console.
• Excellent project- and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong documentation and cross-brand coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, templates, components, and publishing workflows.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and release schedules for website requests.
• Build and update pages using existing components; coordinate with designers and developers.
• Lead QA and release readiness focusing on accessibility, links, forms, and tracking.
• Monitor site health, performance, redirects, and metadata for SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement metrics, consent management, and landing-page tests with marketing teams.
• Develop governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and recommend improvements.
