Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. The role is hands-on, managing CMS, intake, releases, health, accessibility, and search readiness, partnering with Performance Marketing and Creative teams to translate business requirements into reliable website experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end diagnostics.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance QA.
• Experience with web analytics and site-health tools.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to document processes and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration across websites.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and release schedules.
• Build/update pages using established components; coordinate with designers/devs.
• Lead QA and release readiness, ensure accessibility and tracking.
• Improve site health, performance, redirects, and metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking and landing-page tests with marketing.
• Develop governance and reusable web processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and opportunities.
