Job summary

Pegasystems seeks an experienced Senior Manager to shape the strategy, UX, design, content publishing, and operations of the company’s web ecosystem in Massachusetts. You will drive AI-enabled innovation and customer-centric experiences that deliver measurable impact.

You will lead cross-functional teams across web strategy, UX, design, publishing, and site operations, partnering with Marketing, Brand, Content, Analytics, and Technology to translate insights into intuitive digital journeys.

Qualifications

• Leads strategy for Pega.com and related digital experiences.
• Establishes digital experience frameworks to improve journeys and conversions.
• Oversees governance, content ecosystems, and platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Pega's web experiences.
• Lead UX, design, and publishing teams to ensure accessible, engaging experiences.
• Drive information architecture, navigation, and page experience improvements.
