Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience to lead strategy, governance, design direction, publishing operations, and continuous improvement of Pega's digital experiences. You will oversee web strategy, UX/design, and site operations, driving AI-enabled innovation and customer-centric outcomes.

You will partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to evolve Pega's digital ecosystem, establishing scalable operating models that improve quality,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing or web strategy, preferably B2B.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale websites.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across design, content, marketing and tech.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, IA, HTML/CSS/JS, SEO, accessibility, and analytics.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and low-code/no-code approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Pega.com and related digital experiences.
• Establish digital experience frameworks to improve journeys, discovery, engagement and conversion.
• Drive website evolution, navigation, information architecture and page experiences.
• Ensure digital experiences align with growth objectives and brand strategy.
• Develop governance models balancing innovation, scalability and operational excellence.
• Lead UX and Digital Design; set standards and design systems; ensure accessibility.
