Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Market Director of Wealth in Wealth Management.

You will lead a team of Financial Advisors, promote a customer-obsessed culture, and drive integration with branch and product partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. You will recruit, coach, and develop Advisors, while ensuring robust risk and controls environment and strategic objectives across a designated territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 required.
• Active FINRA Series 9/10 required or to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract internal and external Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services knowledge and market understanding.
• Excellent communication and risk and controls discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors to serve a wide client base, from new savers to high-net-worth individuals.
• Identify opportunities to attract Advisors and improve performance through coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Leverage technology to meet current and future customer needs; promote diversity and inclusion.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision and operations in the designated territory.
• Maintain a culture of risk awareness and control to safeguard customers and the business.
• Proactively identify entrepreneurial opportunities and implement solutions with urgency.
