Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase Wealth Management is seeking a Market Director of Wealth who will lead a team of Financial Advisors, set a high standard of service, and deliver premier investment guidance to a broad client base.

You will partner with Branch Management and cross-functional leaders to attract talent, coach performers, and promote a culture of risk awareness, exceptional client experience, and fiduciary excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) required.
• FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent.

Responsibilities

• Have a passion for our customers which results in exceeding expectations and creating a customer obsessed culture.
• Identify opportunities to recruit Advisors and improve performance; coach, develop and promote Advisors.
• Drive integration with Branch Management and Business Banking to give clients access to solutions.
• Be a visionary; influence use of technology to meet client needs and uphold diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory, and operational aspects for the territory.
