Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Market Director of Wealth within Wealth Management to lead the advisor team, drive performance, and deepen client relationships across a broad set of financial solutions.

You will partner with branch leaders and other business units to deliver integrated client experiences, while promoting a culture focused on client obsession, diversity, and risk-aware decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Advisor management experience with coaching teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid FINRA Series 7 and 66 license required.
• Valid FINRA Series 9/10 license required within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent.
• Strong investment knowledge and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors and drive performance.
• Identify opportunities to recruit and develop Advisors.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending.
• Influence technology use to meet customer needs and promote diversity.
• Manage day-to-day admin, supervisory, and operational duties for territory.
• Create a culture of risk and controls to safeguard customers and business.
• Be proactive, entrepreneurial, and execute with urgency.
