Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase Wealth Management is seeking a Market Director of Wealth to lead a team of Financial Advisors, delivering an exceptional client experience and building deep relationships in the community.

You will drive talent strategy, recruit and coach advisors, partner with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to offer comprehensive solutions, and uphold a culture of customer obsession and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience and proven coaching track record.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) is required and Series 9/10 must be obtained/retained within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external Advisor talent.
• High degree of investment services knowledge and market acumen.

• Create a culture of risk and control to protect customers and the business.
• Be proactive and entrepreneurial, executing with urgency.
